Sonam Dorji
Founder and Director
Sonam is the founder of Bhutan Global Group, an initiative born at the intersection of Bhutan’s ancient wisdom and its most ambitious vision for the future. With a background spanning Architecture, Economics, and Public Administration, he works at the frontier of conscious urban development, shaping the built environment, economic frameworks, and governance structures of Gelephu Mindfulness City (GMC).
Through Bhutan Global Group, he wants to bridge Bhutan’s development ambitions with global expertise, investment, and partnership, grounded always in the philosophy of Gross National Happiness and the conviction that wellbeing is the truest measure of progress.

A Harvard Kennedy School MPA and SMU-trained lawyer whose career bridges law, government, and public service. He has served as Legislative Director to a Texas state representative, General Counsel at an Austin government-affairs firm, a staffer for U.S. Congressman Pete Sessions, and Chief Felony Prosecutor at the Dallas County DA’s Office.
He serves on boards supporting sustainable development in Bhutan and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Dallas, holds two U.S. patents, and lives in Texas with his wife and two daughters.

Adin holds dual master’s degrees from the Harvard Kennedy School and the Harvard Graduate School of Design, where his thesis on Buddhist cosmological frameworks and planning governance in Bhutan won the GSD Thesis Prize.
His work spans climate governance, conservation finance, and urban planning across fifteen countries. He has helped organize the Harvard/MIT Bhutan Trek and International Forum on Mindfulness, Sustainability, and Peace.

Founder & CEO of Fivearth Farms and a public policy strategist with over two decades of experience in trade diplomacy, economic strategy, and sustainable development.
Educated at the Indian School of Business, Harvard Kennedy School, and MIT, she has held leadership roles across investment, policy advocacy, sustainable business strategy, and agricultural innovation.

As a member of the Bhutan Global Group Advisory Board, he bridges technical execution and national strategy to align global investments with Gross National Happiness and Gelephu Mindfulness City.
